Where are you based?
Peacock Fancy is based in the north-east of ENGLAND, UK.

Do you ship worldwide?
Peacock Fancy currently ships items out to Europe, USA, Asia & Australasia

What are the shipping rates?

How long will it take for me to recieve my order?
For items in stock, they are sent out within 2 working days of processing the order.
For items made to order the process is slightly longer. Approximately 1-2 weeks within the UK & up to 3-4 weeks internationally.
Most items will be recieved before these deadlines however some pieces are time-consuming to make and therefore will take bit longer.

Please be patient, Peacock Fancy will not compromise item quality just to get it sent out quick. Each item is packaged up securely so that you recieve your item(s) in a good condition.

If you are wanting your order by a certain date, please message Peacock Fancy  first to see if dealines can be met!

You will recieve a n email to let you know when you order has been depatched.

Once I have placed my order, can I add extra items to the order afterwards to save on postage costs?
Peacock Fancy does not refund postage amounts so therefore it is advisable to choose ALL your items carefully before purchasing! If you would like to buy more items, please go through the website again and purchase as normal.

Who do you use to process online payments?
PayPal - The shopping cart conects with paypal & automatically adds the p&p onto your order. You can use your debit/credit card without a PayPal account or your existing PayPal account to complete your purchase. 

Can I pay via cheque or postal order?
Only UK buyers can pay via these means, please message Peacock Fancy woth details of order and wait for an invoice via email. Print the invoice off,
