Terms & Conditions
Prices
All prices are in £ British pounds. If you are an overseas customer, the amount you pay in your own currency will depend on the current exchange rate. Pay pal will show you the converted price for your country's currency when purchasing.
Taxes
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%.Customers outside the EC may be asked to pay additional customs charges by their country's customs and excise.

Please note you can now use Pay Pal without actually having a Pay Pal account. When purchasing Pay Pal will ask you to either sign in (those with pay pal accounts) or pay via credit/debit card (those without Pay Pal accounts).
It's quick, safe & secure. You'll also receive a receipt for your monies via Pay pal automatically.

All international orders will be charged the standard postage rate plus a separate surcharge. This is automatically added to your order. This applies to all countries outside of the UK and will only be added once per order.

All international orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For which is insured and will require a signature upon delivery. This service includes tracking but only until it leaves the UK. If you require a tracking service to your door please email me before you place your order for details on how to upgrade to Airsure, at an additional cost.

Items already available and in stock are sent straight away.
Made to order normal delivery times are 1 - 2 weeks (usually a lot less with smaller items, dependent on material/stock levels) within the UK or 3 - 4 weeks outside the UK.
It is advised that if you are wanting an item by a certain time to contact Peacock Fancy to see if set deadlines can be met.
Parcels are sent by The Royal Mail.
Returns
Customers within the UK have a statutory "resting" period of 7 days, this means that you have 7 days after the receipt of your order (or part order), within which you are allowed to change your mind and return it to Peacock Fancy for a full refund of the money you paid, or if you prefer you can exchange for an alternative item without an additional charge for postage.
However there are conditions: Returned items must be in a re-sellable condition so care must be taken. Items must be unworn and undamaged so be careful of make-up and deodorant stains. Made to measure items & Made- to-Order items (items that have to be made up specifically for you) are excluded from the "resting" period of 7 days guarantee.
UK customers: If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason,such as; wrong size, you've changed your mind, or the colour or material is not what you expected after all then you may return the item within 7 days of receipt and exchange it for an alternative choice of item(s) for the same price. You will be required to pay a new postage charge (see p&p prices above) on the replacement item(s),shipping costs for exchanges are set at the final amount of the cost of the exchanged items for UK customers.
For international customers shipping costs for exchanges are the UK flat rate ( see p&p prices above) plus the international surcharge.
Please check thoroughly the size and condition of items bought upon receipt. Customers are asked to inform Peacock Fancy via email within 7 days of receipt if they wish to return an item(s).
Returned items must be in the post to Peacock Fancy within 14 days of receipt for the promise to be kept. The customer is responsible for returned items and therefore recorded delivery is advised or make sure a 'proof of postage' and/or receipt is obtained so that you can claim if the postal services lose your returned item.
For international customers Please mark all returns: "UK return" to avoid any problems.
a) Faulty items
All items are checked before sent however if you do receive an item which you believe to be faulty please return the item(s) for an exchange or full refund. Customers outside the UK please ensure that the parcel is clearly marked "UK RETURN" to avoid any customs problems.Any postage costs incurred for the return of the faulty item(s) will be refunded to you. Please contact Peacock Fancy within 7 days of receipt via email if wishing to return products.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched you may be charged a percentage of the order as a cancellation fee. As all items are made-to-order and materials have been specifically ordered in for you, then you may be charged up to 50% of the order price of the item(s). If the product is already in stock and/or no additional materials have been ordered in especially then you will incur no cancellation fee.If your order is delayed beyond the time quoted to you then there will be no charge made if you wish to cancel.
Customers outside the UK may not receive a full refund due to the fact that currency exchange rates can fluctuate. Refunds are made at the UK price paid. Exchange rate fluctuations mean that you could receive a refund amount that is either greater or lower than the amount you originally paid in your own currency.
Discounts
'Sales' and other 'Discounts' are offered at certain times of the year when old stock is reduced. so please keep your eyes pealed for future bargains! :) Any order over £75 (within the UK) also benefits from FREE P&P Peacock Fancy endeavors to keep prices as low as possible for all customers.

Custom Orders
Please contact Peacock Fancy if you would like an item made for you personally in a varying colour scheme or fabric than what is available in the shop. Made to measure items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Preferred method of contact is via email.
